REGISTRATION FEES INCLUDE:

• participation in all scientific sessions
• delegate pack
• entrance to the poster and exhibition area
• coffee breaks and lunches during the symposium

REGISTRATION CONDITIONS:

Payment can be made in Euros, by :

• Bank transfer (bank account details) - IBAN : FR76 1007 1630 0000 0010 0403 859    BIC : TRPUFRP1
• Credit / debit cards (Visa & Mastercard)
• Order forms only for French Government Institution (INRAE, CNRS, University ...)

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUND POLICY

Registrations cancelled:

• until 3 may 2025 will be refunded minus 30 €uros
• between 4 and 20 may 2025 will be refunded 50%
• after 20 may 2025 not be eligible for a refund
