Simon ROQUES is a researcher at the UMR Herbivores of the INRAE. His research focuses on the relationship between the rumen microbiota and its host in ruminants. In particular, Simon is interested in the mitigation of methane production.

He uses multi-omics approaches ranging from metagenomics to metabolomics.
